“These guys are just to awesome not to acknowledge. My mom and her fiance found out he had throat cancer in early March and would need surgery to remove his larynx within a couple weeks. Which meant he would no longer be able to talk. All of a sudden her May wedding is moved up to March because he wanted to be able to say 'I do' in his own voice. No time to find a different venue and no time to hire a caterer or even a minister. We decided to have the wedding at my house as it had the most space. That left me with a week and a half to plan an entire wedding- on top of cleaning my house top to bottom. I have a senior dog who gets confused sometimes, so my carpets definitely need some attention. I reached out to Alameda and they went out of their way to accommodate the tight timeline and their tech, Charlie, did an amazing job. The price was a littler higher than some, but the quality of work and the kindness of everyone who worked there more than justified the extra pennies. They made me feel like I was more than just a job, and that's so rare anymore these days. I just had an area rug cleaned there last week and it turned out beautiful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone needing cleaning services.”

“Share review Embed review 3/4/2018 I've been using Orchid for nearly 2 years based on a referral from a friend and have had them come by twice a month for most of this time and I've been extremely happy. I do their basic 1-bedroom service which gets me cleaned floors, a scrubbed kitchen and bathroom, dusted & cleaned surfaces, vacuuming, a made bed, and general tidying. They actually have copies of my keys so they can let themselves in and have had zero issues. In fact being able to leave for work in the morning and come home knowing your apartment will be spick and span is absolutely the best feeling in the world. They've been very accommodating to me when I shift my schedule around (When possible I like to shift my scheduled cleaning dates to have them show up when I'm on vacation or the day I'm hosting a party) and only rarely have had to change their schedule on me (and with one exception that was entirely reasonable when explained I've always had at least 24 hours notice). Honestly they are great! Highly recommend!”
