“I am still walking around the house enjoying the cleanliness....Looks likes its ready to sell its so clean. They arrived on time, worked very hard, and were very thorough. They were able to clean so much in the 4 hours I hired them for! I could not have asked for more. They really know what they are doing and did it very well! I would recommend this company to anyone with no hesitation!”

“Bod was very professional and did an exceptional job cleaning our carpets and tile. I was really surprised that he was the owner and still came out to do all the work. I am so used to other companies sending people that were in and out in a flash and didn't care about the quality of service provided. “This guy was great! My husband and I recently moved back to Michigan due to our daughters health problems and we found a place to rent pretty quickly. Due to some unforeseen circumstances a lot of the last-minute details, such as carpet cleaning, fell on us. The previous tenants had pets and my daughter is asthmatic so I was worried about getting the carpet (and smell) suitable for her. Robert was completely honest and when I explained the situation to him he really helped me out by throwing in the urine X. This is why I love small businesses... This guy did an amazing job and he was also so compassionate to the fact that I was just a mom trying to get this house good enough for her kid. The carpet didn't even look the same color afterwards! And I can smell the cleanser from outside... It completely changed my view on moving in and now I feel much better about it thanks to Mystic touch. I'm already recommending them to everybody I know... Great service awesome price and just an overall good guy.”

“Had maggots coming from fireplace. Steve of DCS, checked the chimney found the damper broken and a dead raccoon on the shelf inside the chimney. Removed raccoon, thoroughly bleached and cleaned & disinfected the shelf inside the fireplace, cleaned up after himself was respectful, punctual and professional. Came back to treat residual fly problem and brought grate and logs. Burned a fire and left logs for second fire if needed. He took $15 off my bill from original visit because he used my bleach and paper towels. Didn't even use $3 worth. About a week and a half later there were flies in basement. Steve came back at no charge to remedy situation. They were coming from clean out. Showed me what he shop vacuumed from clean out, bleached it and no more flies! He is honest as well. Highly recommended Detroit City Sweep. He replaced damper and put caps on both openings into chimney as well as thoroughly sweeping chimney and made certain it was safe. Said chimney was in great shape and gave me pamphlet for fireplace safety as I've never used it before. Also, reasonable prices and Steve made sure everything was fixed as if it was his own home. Thanks so much Steve M. and Detroit City Sweep. I will use them again in future for services they provide.”
