“Omg omg wow, I was very surprised because I found their add on craigslist and I was very cautious at first. But the owner and her staff came to my home and I spoke to them and felt relieved. I loved their warm personality and they were very good at their job. They went above and beyond to clean everything very well. I love that they never needed instructions and deep cleaned. I have never seen this apartment this clean since the day I moved in lol. I love the smell and I can relax at home and focus on other things. “Orlando is the ultimate professional. He cares about his work and exceeds expectations. I did not know Orlando before my project, found his shop online, called him to provide an estimate for a NorthWest Washington DC 16th house renovation project. His price was fair, his team was efficient, and they cleaned as they worked. Orlando's team removed carpet in 7 rooms plus the basement, a grand entry hall a split staircase and dual landings. It was good to see the company owner also working with his team to make sure the i's were dotted and t's crossed. Attention to detail was very important to my project. Orlando and his team did a great job removing the carpet and tacks which had been in the floors for many years. After the house renovations were completed, based on his work, I decided to carpet a sunroom and called Orland back. “Mr. James provided excellent service arrived on time assisted with a walk thru of what area of the house that he would start cleaning and after completion he provided me with an inspection of the area that he clean along with details of his service. “I’m not one for writing reviews. I mean, who reads these? But USA Clean Master did something right with their carpet cleaning service. They came, they saw, and they conquered the chaos my two dogs, three cats, and a parrot named Jerry had wreaked on my rugs. Post-rug cleaning, my living room no longer smells like a pet zoo, and the carpet? Let’s just say I had forgotten the original color until now.”

“Pure Works Cleaning Service showed up on time and took less than an hour to fully steam clean our 15-year-old couch that had never been cleaned before! By the time he was done, Keeshan restored the couch to its former glory, which was great to see! Before getting started, Keeshan explained what he was going to do and proceeded to deliver with great results! Keeshan is friendly, courteous and professional. If you have furniture, carpets or rugs in need of a refresh, seek him and Pure Works Cleaning Service out! Keeshan will be the only person I call for cleaning my huge rugs!”

“This company is hands down the best carpet and air duct company weve used very professional polite and proficient i had the pleasure of meeting dave and ty wonderful men and very knowledgeable they got the cat odor out of my carpet a few of those things I know or permanent but there was also three or four scenes from the last carpet cleaner that couldn't come out and they got it out I would recommend them to all my family and friends without a thought”
