I immediately appreciated the fact that he actually answered his phone and that he did call me back in a timely manner! Cosmin is extremely conscientious about his work and quite talented. Everything is done perfectly and cleaned up at the end of the day. He is very clear about the cost and has a detailed contract that outlines everything expected of him.
