“I called John Pannell at CertaPro in Andover to do a small job, painting several pipes and electrical boxes on our house prior to a soon-to-be done complete vinyl siding job to be done. Even though it was a small job, John provided a painter to do the job and quickly (which I needed). After the job was done, I realized one pipe running the whole height of the house was not painted on the underside. John immediately got the painter to return a few days later so it could be done before the siding crew arrived. All through the process, John replied quickly and followed up to be sure we were happy. If he responded this way in a small job, my husband and I would absolutely contact him for any future big painting jobs. CertaPro, Andover (specifically John and Kathryn Pannell, owners) provide excellent customer service.”

“I had a job of painting five ceilings and replace bathroom trim and PVC around a shower in the bathroom. It was a very tight window of time between tenants and needed to be done within a week's time. Two men showed up and replaced the PVC wall, trim, painted the whole bathroom plus the other four ceilings in ONE DAY! I was very happy with their response time and goals of getting the project done two days before the new tenant arrives.”

“Painters Plus exceeded my expectations. The owner Uga is very knowlegable about the science of paint. He knows why paints peel: what to do and not do. Stain over paint? Paint over stain? Just ask. He painted my large contemporary home and the results were perfect. I could not recommend Painters Plus more highly. It is so nice to do business with good people who also are professional, trustworthy, and fairly priced. .”
