They were considerate and profession. They cleaned up before they left. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them for handyman work.”

“We've used several handymen in the past for odd jobs that I do not feel like attempting/botching on the weekends. Typically, I feel that these handymen artificially inflate the price of their services in order to make it "worth their time" to come to my house for a "small job", and the final work product always seems rushed and/or amateur. This is where James Parson General Contracting stands out. James has never made me feel like I was bothering him, he is always fairly priced, and his work product impresses my wife (who has high standards as an Interior Designer for a design/build company). In addition, and I'm not sure this matters but I feel compelled to say it based on past experiences: he isn't creepy. I trust him in the house alone with my wife and daughter. He answers and questions we have and leave the house cleaner than he found it. I do not typically write reviews of this caliber, but I feel that James has earned it.”

“We used The Home Hero for a few jobs that were out of my realm of expertise. From start to finish, it was a high quality and professional experience. Scheduling with Leah at the office was smooth and easy, and the guys arrived on time knowing exactly what they were going to do. Todd was able to complete pretty much everything on our to-do list, and the quality of his work was exceptional. Not only that, but his overall demeanor and personality were top notch. When one of the jobs was bigger than expected, Pete worked with me to determine a fair price to have an additional visit with more manpower. The second job was completed within a week and again, the work was great and the guys were 100% professional. “Chip responded promptly to my Houzz inquiry and showed up at my request to provide an estimate on replacing a pulldown attic stairs. The stairs previously had not closed properly, and another contractor recommended replacing them. Within a minute of looking at the project, Chip was able to figure out how to close the stairs (a railing had not been properly aligned) and as a result there was no need to have work done. I appreciated his ability to quickly diagnose and solve the problem without the need to spend money on a new set of stairs and brackets. I would certainly hire him for another project.”

He always responds quickly, is friendly and very easy to work with and always works around my schedule, as a single homeowner his rates are always very competitive, fair and fit within my budget. He is my go to professional for all my "honey do lists" around the house. I have yet to find a project or repair Mike can't tackle with ease and high quality results. “A to Z was great from start to finish, going to their website and filling out a form to getting the estimate scheduled. Once the work began the team in my home was incredible, they were so nice and friendly. We had some custom built in's in our family room done, I could not be happier with the overall craftsmanship and work and would absolutely use them again in the future”
