“I called John Pannell at CertaPro in Andover to do a small job, painting several pipes and electrical boxes on our house prior to a soon-to-be done complete vinyl siding job to be done. Even though it was a small job, John provided a painter to do the job and quickly (which I needed). After the job was done, I realized one pipe running the whole height of the house was not painted on the underside. John immediately got the painter to return a few days later so it could be done before the siding crew arrived. All through the process, John replied quickly and followed up to be sure we were happy. If he responded this way in a small job, my husband and I would absolutely contact him for any future big painting jobs. CertaPro, Andover (specifically John and Kathryn Pannell, owners) provide excellent customer service.”

“I hired CertaPro to paint the entire outside of my house, including the siding and trim, and also to perform some carpentry that was needed before the painting could be done, such as replacing some rotting trim. All the work was done properly, and I found them very eager to ensure that I was happy with the work. After the first round, we went through the job and I pointed out a few areas that needed more work (such as one piece of trim that I thought was in bad shape and should have been replaced, some areas that had been missed, etc.), Everything was promptly taken care of, including replacing the trim. Their price was quite reasonable - significantly lower then the other quote I got.”
