They did a great job with the super-detailed trim of our 1920s house and garage, including the older window frames and chipping lead paint on our back porch. “Lake Area cleaned, powerwashed, and coated ny redwood siding house and decks. They did an excellent job including small repairs to the siding and deck. I am having them repeat the wash and coating next month and do not hesitate to recommend them for their professioonalism and the excellent work they did. In 2013 in Minnesota, the redwood siding and deck are irreplaceable and Lake Area did a great job preserving and restoring the wood.”
