“I recently worked with Painting and Projects NYC to paint an empty apartment to get it ready for sale. The quality and professionalism of Waylon and his crew totally exceeded my expectations. I received estimates from three companies and Waylon’s price was the most reasonable and stood out because he included work items in the price that others wanted to itemize as extras. I was concerned that since it was an empty apartment for sale they would not be as focused in doing a high quality job as if I were living there. My concern turned out to be totally unfounded since the significant plastering and painting done was excellent. The walls and ceilings were as smooth as new and there was not one area that needed to be re-done. Building staff went in to look at the work and said that they would recommend Waylon to others looking to do painting because they thought his work was such high quality and the workers were so neat. The new floors had been polished before they painted and when the job was done the floors looked as good as when they started.
