I have always found their work is thorough and includes a good clean up when they have finished. Hilary works with the customer to gain a full understanding of requirements, and will offer suggestions that you probably haven't thought of. She is extremely thorough in her work. Andrew has a breadth of home improvement skills, and good contacts for the few things which he doesn't do himself. He is persistent in working out a solution to situations he hasn't come across before. Andrew and Hilary have carried out most of the work in a major refurbishment on my flat whilst I was living there, never leaving things in a state overnight. But don't think of them only if you have a big job: I can honestly say that no job is too small. You have Jacks of all trades here, and masters of them too. I can't recommend them strongly enough.”
