“Design and execution of remodel that opened kitchen and separate dining room into large open kitchen/dining area. At design level worked well with owners to develop plan. Very knowledgeable regarding materials, as well as up to challenges presented by some aspects of original design, such as ceiling heat that constrained lighting choices. Design team covered range of expertise necessary for the job. Excellent management of the building phase. Workers well coordinated to keep job moving forward. Adhered closely to time line and budget.”

“As a graduate architect, I am glad I contacted Therese to do a number of projects around my house this past year. She had designed my kitchen in years past, so I knew what a treat it is to work with her. In these more recent projects, we added a solar array and battery wall, replaced the roof, designed and installed an additional cabinet to match the existing kitchen cabinetry, and made impressive updates on a screened porch to make it more functional and attractive, among other improvements. I also like that she does not try to do cookie cutter responses to the design program. Therese is knowledgable and works with top notch trades people to get the job done right. She is responsive to my concerns and is very attentive to detail. Her fees and the cost of my projects were substantially more reasonable than when I have used another premium contractor in the past. I'm a little 'house poor' right now, but I'm already dreaming with Therese about some future projects.”

“Viking removed my bathtub and replaced it with a walk-in shower. He did an excellent job even though there was a lot of dry rot that had to be removed. He worked very well with my HOA and I highly recommend him. I would use him again for any future projects.”

“I commissioned Custom mosaic creations to create something that I could see perfectly in my mind, but was unable to articulate into words. Lisa listened intuitively and used her creative flair to exceed my expectations beyond belief. Although they specialize in beautification of high and homes, when I asked for something off the wall and small she did not hesitate to help me. The project she did was to mosaic my daugters beginner violin into a a forever keepsake for my daughter's birthday. Lisa found a way to do this while still leaving it looking like a stringed instrument but one with explosive life and color. She designed and cut a treble clef and my daughters name to fit amongst perfectly cut and matched glass pieces on the fiddle and strung strings of gold beads that bling and sing of a priceless memento. Thank you Lisa and custom mosaic creations I will definitely recommend you to all of my friends.”

“Nate worked on our kitchen / laundry room / guest bath remodel in 2020. In 2022, we hired him to replace our deck and installed new railings. In 2023, we needed to replace windows on our beach house he was the only person we contacted. His workmanship and attention to detail is incredible. We like working with him as he meets his commitments and communicates throughout the entire project. He also offers up suggestions and ideas and is a pleasure to work with.
