“So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while. I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting. Over all the job was fantastically done!”

“After purchasing our new home we wanted to modernize the house since it was still stuck in the in the 50's. We did not know where to start and after a lot of research we were referred to Spazio La by a friend that did their entire house with them. They recommended a Calcutta quartz material that makes the kitchen look like a showpiece from a designer showroom. Our master bathroom is like a high end spa at a five star hotel. We are really thankful to the team from Spazio La for making our home an amazing place for our family.”

“I had my bathroom completely remodeled through ECO design PRO. Ori Sakal and his workers removed my bathtub liner and replaced it with a stand up shower. They also installed tile on the walls and floor as well as a new double sink vanity. All The materials were purchased by me with the guide and advises of Ori Sakal. Ori told me the process would take a 2-3 weeks. It took almost 3 weeks and that's due to some previous work that was done by my plumber in which he did a few things wrong and Ori had to fix them. Ori Sakal did a good job and the new bathroom came out more than I expected and it showed me that there are great contractors that can do a good job at reasonable priced.”

“Adar Builders are absolutely amazing! I hired them for several projects in my house and there is no way I am going to hire someone else. The first project was outside, where we did a full pool remodeling and hardscaping. We later asked them to return for a full kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, and flooring installation throughout the whole house. They did a great job and were very nice and easy to talk to. “Create Construction helped me to renovate my bathroom in a 70 years old house. I had very short timeframe for them to complete the job before we moved in, and they nailed it. Very professional and experienced team. Yarin is very patient and detailed oriented, he always checked with me on all the details of the design. He has good understanding of how things works, and the whole project went smoothly without any big dramas. They are also always on top of any issues, and try to fix it ASAP. There was one night the team stayed until 11pm to finish the job so I can have the bathroom ready to use. They are the first contractor I have used, and I think I’m very lucky to have such a great experience with them.”

“What can we say about Gino... He over delivers. When he originally quoted a completion date of 5 weeks while other quotes ranged from 10-12, we wondered how he could possibly do it so quickly. Not only was he completed in 4.5 weeks, but could have been a full week earlier if it was not for a delay on our side. Full kitchen reno in under 4 weeks is unheard of, let alone for impeccable quality. Gino is an extreme professional - he is as straight a shooter as they come. Every single thing was straightforward with absolutely no hidden agenda or items. Every aspect of the job was well thought out in advance, and his ability to improvise is unmatched. His creativity was evident in our first meeting, when he hand drew us a vision of what our kitchen could become. He has fantastic taste, and great attention to detail. He far exceeded our expectations. His team is top notch, and all very polite and professional. We've already referred Gino to 4 friends, and one project is already underway, with our friend saying the same thing - how could he possibly have made this much progress in only 3 days! Sounds very familiar! We are so glad to have met Gino, as we have not only found our Contractor for life, but a new friend as well.
