“Curb Appeals remodeled our newly purchased home throughout and even added approx. 1000 sq. ft. to an upstairs attic space (adding a bedroom, bath, office and family room). The owner was very hands on and has an outstanding eye for color and materials. His vision for what could be done to our spaces was innovative and suited our taste perfectly. They basically gave us a new home within the existing walls of a home built in 1988. They replaced windows, doors, floors, fixtures, cabinets and hardware throughout. We added an HVAC unit, new water heaters, moved a gas line, added a dormer, insulation, attic space and lighting throughout the house. They were thoughtful and respectful while in our home for several months because of the scope of the project. I would recommend them highly.”

“Remodeled whole house!! HGI was on time and fast, but took care of the tiniest details. Workman ship on tile and flooring was clean and professional. Resurfaced fireplace from old brick to beautiful new stone! Painting was neat and professional, no sloppy work. Fixtures were replaced and updated. Popcorn ceilings removed, new bathroom counters and fixtures. Design was as good as construction, maybe better. Could not have been happier. Here’s the bottom line - work was professionally done on time and at a cost that was reasonable. I was consulted and communicated with almost daily about progress. “We were referred to NG Platinum Homes by a friend. We were looking to get all the secondary bathrooms remodeled. After initial consultation at our house, they left us a folder with previous job pictures and a step by step guide of the next steps, they emailed us a quote after one day. They have a different approach to construction and it was very efficient. After approving their quote, Nadine met us in our house and listened to our ideas, we then went shopping with her. She took us to some very nice tile shops that we had no idea about. After shopping for the fixtures, wall color, sink, faucets and tile we called it a day. Two days later Nadine had our design with our picked materials. Construction started after they received all the items. We were done with construction within 2 weeks and i was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the crew and their respect for our house. Quality is top notch. Everything is symmetrical as she checked on them everyday. Project Manager James was very courteous and punctual. They notified us a day before making any excessive noise which was during the demo. They finished that in one day. This is a great company and she runs things very efficiently.”

“I called Seek Design & Renovation for an estimate on a small job, extending the patio by 300 square feet. Don came and gave us an estimate. I was treated professionally and respectfully as if it were a more extensive job. There were weather delays, but he called three times to let me know he had not forgotten us. The patio was done in two half day sessions and looks great. The area was cleaned up and all debris carried away. All workers were polite and and did an excellent job.”

“Date Construction did excellent work in remodeling out Master Bath Room and two guest bathrooms. They listened to what we wanted and offered great suggestions to make it look even better and still stay within our budget. They did quality work, completing the job on time and very promptly followed up on minor items we noticed later that needing adjusting. We were completely satisfied and felt they at least equaled and sometimes exceeded our expectations. We hired them first to remodel the Master Bath Room and were completely satisfied, so we hired them 8 months later to do the two guest bathrooms.”
