“We recently worked with Refresh & Build to do some work in our kitchen, and in a few living spaces. We found out about them through a friend who had also had work done, and are very pleased with how great everything turned out. Our work included demolition, electrical, plumbing, dry wall, flooring and paint - so pretty much complete renovation. They are extremely experienced, were able to work within our budget and helped provide recommendations on materials. We worked most closely with Sam, who was extremely responsive and really helped take a lot of stress out of the project. Couldn’t be happier with the end results, and would definitely recommend them!”

“We feel very fortunate to have come in contact with Nina Amouris of At Home with Baystone. We had a pretty extensive remodel of our kitchen, which included the removal of existing cabinets, flooring and removal of part of a load bearing wall to create an open concept. Nina is a professional and her knowledge and experience was evident from the beginning. Nina assisted us in every aspect of this remodel to include the design, new cabinets, hardware, granite countertops, made beautiful with a unique backsplash, sink and appliances. As recommended by Nina, we also added new Karndean design flooring in the kitchen and throughout our living room and hallway. We are very pleased with the beauty of this floor, as well as, its durability. We have received so many compliments with the finished product. “It was a pleasure to work with a contractor who begins the process and completes the project with no complications or negatives. We had just that kind of perfect experience beginning construction in April and completing our new kitchen at the end of May, 2016. Our designer, Linda, set the tone by being a great listener and then offering suggestions, most of which we implemented in the design. The next step, meeting with Kat and Scott, made it clear that the process would have open communication, clearly defined scheduling, a professional crew headed by the project manager, Curt, and the neatest and cleanest worksite ever imagined. “I can't say enough about what a great experience it was to work with Wei and his team! My kitchen had an unexpected leak that led to mold, which damaged our cabinets and part of the surrounding wall. After having the space cleaned and dried out, we needed to hire a contractor to handle the remodeling of the entire kitchen. There were things that I didn't like about my kitchen before this happened (light switch was in the wrong place, sink was in an awkward spot, countertop was sloping, pantry was a sad closet with only four shelves, and wall was not perfectly straight), so we took this opportunity to remodel the kitchen the way we would like it to be. Wei came out and gave us some great ideas on kitchen design and flow. Then, we went to their showroom and picked out our tiles and found such beautiful materials to work with. He was great at getting back to me whenever we had questions or concerns. We ordered our appliances through him and his crew did all of the installation. We did have a few delays, but it was due to city inspections and illness, and Wei was always great about communicating with me and sending a crew on a Saturday if they wanted to make up time. And any time I had concerns about something, he was always quick to send someone over to fix whatever needed adjustment. The work that his crews did on our home was awesome and they fixed all of those things in our kitchen that used to drive me insane! I've already referred him to my friends and will definitely hire them again when we're ready to remodel our bathrooms!”
