“Our condo was leaking internally along one wall, and we had Shafayet come out to look at the leaks and give us a quote on restuccoing the outside wall. Shafayet was extremely professional and fairly priced - around $6,000 for one wall, with 30 year window caulking included. It took a few months to decide on who we were going to go with, and in that timeframe Shafayet was very responsive to all of my questions and requests. We ended up hiring him and his team started about 2 weeks later. They finished the job within 2 weeks and were very accommodating, especially with the way we access our backyard (only the 1st floor apt has access to the yard, so everyone had to use the basement window to get to the backyard). Our building is a 3 unit condo and while I was the main contact for Shafayet, he still worked with the other 2 owners and listened to their questions/requests. I would definitely recommend Multi Construction Company, and I would hire them again. So far no leaks along that wall, and we have had a few storms since they finished.”

“Highly recommended! I found nick two years ago on an renovation website when I was trying to find someone to build a deck on the side of the house. After interview a few contractors and get all different kinds of estimates, I decided to hire Nick because he is a small contractor, and his price is very fair. I was little sceptical at the beginning, but was very pleased with the kind of work he and his crew did. He was very patient, remembered all my requests, not only built a beautiful deck, but trying to save me money on the way. I give him $500 tip for the job.
