Matt is easy to work with and answered all our many questions, and gave us an accurate estimate. His workers are courteous, respectful, do an excellent job and clean up. His prices are reasonable. “Extremely well! Starting with initial phone call to One Of A Kind and speaking with Dale the business manager scheduling the estimate of work by Chad the business owner and master carpenter and then the work performed by the O.O.A.K. crew. Chad during the estimate visit gave us thoughts/ideas about what we wanted done and we adopted his thoughts with ours and came up with a plan. Hats off to his crew they were very professional, prompt curteous and they cleaned up after themselves!! We have had other contract work completed here in Florida that does not come close to the job well done by One Of A Kind Carpenter.”

He came and gave me an estimate with his honest opinion on what should be done and the best way to save money. He and his guys did a great job in a realistic time frame. “My cabinets were ready to be installed and the installer hurt his back. Called Flip Flop and they were able to do the job when originally scheduled. Absolutely beautiful work by Vince and Mark. They were not involved in the planning or design of the kitchen so this was not an easy task. Wish I had know about Flip Flop Cabinet and Tile Creations when I started this project. They can do it all - electrical, plumbing, finish carpentry, tile setting, cabinet install. Great job. Thank you Eddie Sanders!!!!”

“Laura Scott was my S&W Designer and she helped me make beautiful choices - I love the end result! Everything looks "magazine gorgeous", and more importantly, my kitchen is so functional! This was a major renovation project in a condo apartment which included a complete gutting and redesign of my kitchen and guest bathroom. I also had new flooring installed, not only in the kitchen and guest bath, but also in two bedrooms and the hallway and laundry room. Laura was there for the whole overwhelming process. All the S&W folks and their contractors did a great job, attending to every detail and making sure I was completely satisfied.”
