Jason the owner was on -site nearly everyday of the job both working on the project and working with us to address any issues and changes we had. In the end all of the work looked very professional with outstanding tile work, and they left the house cleaner than when they started. Honestly it looks so good, it makes the rest of our house look bad. Since the project we had a leak downstairs and Jason personally came to check it out. It ended up being an old pipe that was not even in the work area or caused by the job, yet he kindly helped me to fix it quick and painlessly for no charge. I would definitely recommend Modern Development Concepts to my friends and family, and will be giving them a call when it is time to renovate the kitchen.”

“I engaged ZRS to refurbish my large rear wooden deck (about 10" above the ground). They were recommended by my cousin. I asked him to give me two prices: 1) Demolish the entire deck and replace; 2) Remove and replace only the decking and railing if the joists and supports were in good condition. I got good prices compared to two other quotes. Upon removing the decking, they did a through inspection of the joists and supports, said they were in great shape and recommended that they be reused. They were very accommodating, did excellent work, completed the job on schedule and left the work area clean upon completion. I would not hesitate to use them again.”
