“I called four contractors for a estimates on a new fully permitted bathroom on the second floor bonus room above the garage. Sergio responded in a timely manner. We setup an appointment for him to look at the space. The space is very small. His quote was very reasonable and one of the best out of the four contractors. Sergio and his crews arrives early as scheduled on Monday and proceeded to demo. They updated me at the end of the day everything they work on that day. Which was very helpful on the status of the construction. They work through Saturday and they even work on one Sunday to finish the job. The whole crew were a pleasure to work with at all time. I am so glad I contacted Sergio for this job. He is a pleasure to work. He explain to me what and why needed to be done. He also recommended to me where to purchase the bathroom tiles, vanity & faucet. He even installed my new garbage disposal at no cost. I am very happy with the new bathroom, it look fantastic. The workman craft was excellent and beyond my expectation. I definitely will work with Sergio and his teams again in the future. I would totally recommend working with this company again.”

“After purchasing our new home we wanted to modernize the house since it was still stuck in the in the 50's. We did not know where to start and after a lot of research we were referred to Spazio La by a friend that did their entire house with them. We didn't know what to expect, after 10 minutes of our first meeting I was in love with their ideas and suggestions to improve the layout and finishes of our new kitchen, master bathroom and guest bathroom. They were very professional and spent almost 4 hours with us showing us their beautiful designs and projects from previous clients. We decided to hire them and we are so happy that we did. They came up with an amazing 3D concept design for each space that we wanted to remodel. They managed the project from the contractor to the finish materials and with the final decoration of the home. Our house looks amazing and our kitchen is, now, huge and has an island to die for. They recommended a Calcutta quartz material that makes the kitchen look like a showpiece from a designer showroom. Our master bathroom is like a high end spa at a five star hotel. We are really thankful to the team from Spazio La for making our home an amazing place for our family.”

“Val made our dreams come true. Our construction project included removing walls, adding a walk-in shower, removing a bathtub (that requires rearranging plumbing for a new soak tub, etc. ) Their creativeness and management of the project from beginning to end with minimal interference by us was a great experience . Val was on top of every detail and kept communicating with me on a daily basis. The whole house ties together beautifully. Thanks so much we love the design you came up with.”

“The work done by Anderson Reconstruction is truly exceptional. I had a bathroom completely redone after a flood and expected not only for the job to take longer than it did but to also cost so much more than I actually paid. Anderson has a very hardworking crew of people and the owners are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Their decorating ideas greatly helped me make decisions. “We enjoyed working with Mark and Enna to remodel and update our master bathroom. Mark was especially helpful during the planning phase when he listened patiently to our endless questions and provided useful information and suggestions that helped us reach decisions about project materials and stylistic choices. After work began, Mark and Enna continued to be very responsive to us regarding scheduling aspects of the work and finalizing decisions about the details. Throughout the process, they stressed that the goal was to create a master bathroom that we would really enjoy, even if that meant occasionally changing our minds about details or adding new work at times. “Working with Guil and his dream team was an absolute joy. Not only did he work with me to develop my vision of my kitchen, he did so with an incredibly competitive rate. White oak custom cabinets, quartz countertops, custom backsplashes, and some hardware flourishes that really make my kitchen mine. I cannot believe what a quality job MDRN did, all with a friendly and highly communicative attitude. AND they worked within my budget!”

“OC Home Builders did a complete home renovation for me about 3 years ago. Overall, they did an excellent job for an excellent price. Firstly, communication was quick and responsive. Either Jim or America responded to any questions/concerns within the same day. I found them to be professional and helpful. The quality of the work was very good. Jim provided some very insightful ideas and suggestions as well. I ended up fixing the kitchen, floors, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, paint, new copper piping, raising the flooring, a new fireplace, and some other minor projects/touchups. Jim worked with me by only charging for labor and allowing us to buy our own materials. Overall, I'd highly recommend using OC Home Builders.”

“Honesty and integrity is the company’s Moto and that is the truth. Not only did I get real stone from them but their pricing was great. My shower came out beautiful and I got the custom pan. Every other company wanted to put a cheap fiberglass pan. Highly recommend!”
