“The two things that most influenced my decision to work with Agape were: 1) Agape's excellent feedback on Angie's List; 2) Jerry's (the owner) "regular guy" appeal to the consumer. No sales pitch; all work is done by the company and not sub'd out. All companies say they value customer satisfaction, but Jerry sincerely conveyed to me that customer service is not simply a slogan but guiding principle of Agape. They delivered!!! His workers were polite, timely, and meticulous in the quality of their work; the finished product greatly exceeded my expectations. I own several rental properties across the country and regularly interact with contractors. I can honestly say that Agape is the best team I have ever worked with. “I was going to have a mother's suite/conversion done to my downstairs. Mr. Martin listened to all of our desires and came up with several plans. He did several re-designs as my Mom changed her wishes without any problems stating she was the one that had to be happy. He was always on time, kept in contact and always had good suggestions. Unfortunately for us my Mom decided to choose a retirement community where it also had all levels of care offered in her own state after all the time Mr. Martin put in for us. He was very, very understanding and nice about us not doing any work with him.”

“I’ve worked with Wil Reed on several complex renovations to my home to include master bathroom, kitchen and utility room. In every project Wil was professional, focusing on detail, quality and customer satisfaction. His price points were reasonable, based on other competitive bids I obtained during my personal research. We made several modifications while renovations were underway and Wil embraced the changes, implemented to not only our request, but made suggestions for a better change at a less aggressive cost. I will use Mr. Reed for all my future modifications, and will always provide a reference for him.”

“This is the second remodel project we have done with USI Remodeling. Our master bath and bedroom project went so well and the results were so overwhelming, there was no decision in who we were going to use for our kitchen. Chris and Gordon are great listeners. They listen first and present recommendations after carefully considering several options, and their recommendations always hit the mark. Our kitchen was in need of a serious facelift and improvement to functionality. The final product is warm and inviting, modern functionality with a traditional look. It is the central meeting place in our house and everyone compliments us on its breathtaking design and flawless attention to detail. “If you are looking for a general contractor, I highly recommend DFW Remodel Team in Frisco. Vino and his crew did an excellent job in converting bath tub to shower. Starting from quoting to appointment to finishing, it was well coordinated effort. They explained everything and made sure all my concerns were addressed. They are very professional and thorough in the materials chosen, inspecting at each stage and completing it within timelines.”
