“They replaced the old furnace with a new, higher efficiency model. They had to retrofit the new unit with the much older air conditioning unit, already in place. It took them over five hours, with lots of in and out of the basement with tools etc, but two years later the furnace has worked flawlessly! I am very pleased and would recommend them.”

Through conversation they learned that I was waiting to have two doggy doors installed and they did it right there on the spot! Chris Long was knowledgeable and responsive to any questions I had. Their workers were courteous and did an excellent job in my home. “I have had the opportunity to use Fresh Air Flow in both my business and home. This is a terrific company to work with. They really care. If I have an emergency, they re-work their scheduled to fit me in. Their pricing is very reasonable, and their recommendations are always spot on. At my home, they recommended an energy efficient HVAC system that reduced my monthly bills by $100 per month! The difference in cost for the upgrade was recovered quickly. They also did a whole house vent cleaning. I was surprised at the amount of dirt they recovered from the cleaning. At my business, we had ongoing issues with hot spots in the summer. Ben and his team again made recommendations that have fixed our issues. (We tried unsuccessfully for many years with several other HVAC contractors to get resolution.)
