“I was investigating installing ductless air conditioning system throughout my house. After receiving a few estimates, and investigating references and job quality, I decided to use Pacific HVAC Air Conditioner. “Willie and his crew did an excellent job and the price was fair. They did a complete installation of heat pump/AC, furnace and duct work in our conversion from oil to gas during the remodel of our home. “Taconic Heating installed a new furnace and AC system in the 1930s house we just purchased. They were always quick to respond to inquiries and were on time for every preliminary meeting and for the actual work. Their friendly and professional staff members were willing to take the time to explain advantages and disadvantages of different systems in our particular old house. Highly recommend them!”

“On time and not pushy like most plumbers.... Great honest work for a fair price...I had my HVAC installed by another company and found out that they were not honest and didnt do such a hot job.... I had a service contract with the other contract and my filters were never changed 7 years plus...Chris the owner of Raffa plumbing and heating came to my house with another worker and re-piped the units in the attic because they were pitched the wrong way. They also serviced both units and showed us how to change the filters ourselves... What plumber and HVAC company will do that for you...I will always use this company...”

“Wilson and his team came out today in the time frame specified and were extremely attentive to accuracy and detailin the inspection of the HVAC in my home. My unit is 10 years old and original to the house when new, it's a Lennox and they knew the system well, did a very good cleaning of the furnace and somethings I'd never seen done. Wilson had a tool I loved, it showed the heat efficiency, and from what I googled it's an accurate measure for efficiency . I'm not a professional nor handy in the house but they took time to explain exactly what needs to be done when I power down the air conditioning and start the heater. I have a humidifier on the house for winter and that was cleaned complexly with explicit instructions on where to change it for operation with heater by Chris. They answered my questions on the longevity of the HVAC and explained the life of the furnace capacitor as well as the condenser capacitor . I strongly recommend them and advise you to use them. They own their company and take great pride in the work and I think they are reasonable . Good choice here and thanks to dexterous Mr. Wilson and his team!”

“I will preface this with I am a DIYer on the expert side of things. I've seen "professional" jobs and I'll go toe-to-toe with 98% of them on remodeling projects. It may take me a little longer, but I do great work. That said, I'm no mechanical engineer and HVAC is something I'll leave to the experts. After getting multiple quotes, Reiner was not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but they were highly recommended to me through a co-worker and were worth every penny. I had 2 mini-splits and a central AC unit installed and the work was top notch. When they left you didn't even know they were there. They cleaned up EVERYTHING. No mess! I have since recommended them to several other co-workers and they all agree they were great. I don't give high recommendations often, but in this case Reiner warrants it.”
