“Nice Home Services did a fantastic job from start to finish. The temperature in our home is the same on all 3 levels. We love it. No more hot and cold rooms. We replaced our oil furnace with a high efficient heat pump. The air cleaners have done an amazing job in removing the smell and dust. No more wheezing and sneezing and no more smelly ducts. Nice Home Services also completed the installation of our propane fireplace and repaired our attic fan. All is well and we are very satisfied with Nice Home Services.”

“I was more than pleased with the service I received from I HVAC Solutions. On the hottest day of spring my house was 95 degrees and I couldn’t sleep. I was too busy sweating praying on a breeze to help cool me off. My ac unit was down and I had no clue what the issue was. I hired so called hvac techs from task rabbit and they couldn’t diagnose the issue. They couldn’t figure out why my compressor would not come on when they verified power was going to it. I wasted time with them because of their lack of knowledge and experience. I looked up top rated hvac companies in the area and I HVAC had 5 star rating and enough reviews to make me try them out. I was really impressed with Sam’s knowledge and expertise. He was very professional and the only one who knew what he was doing. He added a hard start kit and told me my compressor is going bad. He also gave me replacement pricing for the system. Everything was up and running thanks to him. I’ll be replacing my system and I’m going with IHVAC. I’m not wasting anymore time with handymen hvac techs. Sam is a master hvac mechanic and hero in my opinion. My wife told me to stop being cheap and hire a real mechanic and that’s what I had to do”

“Climate Pro was a lifesaver last summer when our air conditioner broke five days before settlement on the sale of our home. The company with which we had a maintenance contract as well as the local gas and electric company could not replace for at least two weeks. Kevin Creel and Climate Pro installed a new air conditioning unit in three days. They were efficient and professional as well as performing the work at reasonable price.”

“I couldn't be more grateful and blessed with kenny's home comfort and his team service. Our water at our church immanuel new life bible church in martinsburg wv started leaking water and so gave kenny a call and he came out the same day and replaced our 50 gallon electric water heater for no charge at all and did the all the work for free . “We've been happy with all the work we've had done when we replaced our heat pump but on our recommendation my brother contacted them for an estimate on a project that didn't go well. The company sent the wrong person out with the wrong tools, they arrived well after the arranged time and then had to go back to the shop to get the right tools at which point my brother said never mind. Instead his tenant did the project himself for a few dollars whereas Floods estimated hundreds of dollars. Feeling less willing to have them replace my toilet after his experience.”

“ESA replaced our fuel oil furnace with a natural gas furnace and replaced the old A/C with a more energy efficient model. They arrived on time, did the job as we had agreed, for the price we agreed and left everything in working order. They came back out for a service call (no charge) because we needed an additional tutorial on how the system humidifier worked once the seasons changed.”
