“Very efficient high velocity heating and cooling system and the duct work is very discrete as it can be installed just about anywhere. Outlets are about the size of 4'' recessed lighting and look almost the same, makes for a very clean and esthetically pleasing design. I have used this system in some of my projects, installed by professional ventilation company, and my clients are very happy with the system. They said that it was very comfortable and heating/cooling was evenly distributed around the home. I highly recommend The Unico System. The initial investment will pay itself in savings.”

“Oh boy the furnace is out in January in Missouri!! We called Harster Heating and Air Conditioning . They were at our home that morning to get us back in business . Thank goodness because it was cold outside. The technician was very knowledgable and professional and resolved the issue that morning. We have a sense of security knowing Harster is on our speed dial :)”

“I have use this company on two separate occasions and they perform exceptionally. The company replacement my 29 year old furnace and air conditioner in a one day without a hitch last year. They made sure everything was running and taught me how to use my new digital thermostate. The second occasion is when my Condominimum Clubhouse's water pipes frozen and broke recently. There was major damage throughout the clubhouse including the furnance shorting out. Guarantee was there right away when the Board called to check out the furnance and then to give an estimate for a new furnace within a couple of days. The funace has just been replaced without a hitch and the technician was crawling out of the crawl space when I walked in to check on him. He still had a smile on his face. It was really cold that day but he did not think about and got to work right away. He also made some suggestion to help with keeping the crawl space warmer. I would recommend them to anyone.”

“I've used Jerry Kelly for years to take care of my HVAC at home. When the weather got warm this year, I found that my air conditioner wasn't cooling. My wife called Jerry Kelly and made an appointment for 6:30PM so they could come out after I got home from work. Dan came out Friday evening to work on the problem. He found the system was out of Freon and thought it was a leak in the Freon line, so he went looking for the leak inside the house and outside at the compressor. Shortly after 10PM, Dan had thoroughly checked the line and couldn't find a leak. he didn't have a lot of Freon on his truck so he told me he'd be back Saturday to recharge the unit and try again to find the leak. He was back at 10 Saturday morning, checked the line again, and couldn't find what he was sure was a leak. He took the time to look at every inch of the line and test it but just couldn't find what was probably a tiny leak. After a couple of hours of detective work, he recharged the Freon and got the AC working again. He told me he'd be back later in the cooling season to try again to find and fix the leak. I couldn't be more impressed with Dan's dedication to finding the underlying problem and fixing it. He took the time to check everything he could and actually double checked everything. That kind of service just doesn't happen often. Everyone I've ever had at my house from Jerry Kelly, as well as the office staff, is hyper-focused on customer service, and this is an experience I'll never forget.”
