“Our HVAC died in the middle of a brutal heat wave and AJ Michaels Salespeople came promptly, set up the replacement with courtes. They were not pushy at all, and seemed honest. The replacement unit was available quickly and the employee who installed it did a fine job, was very thorough. Everyone had very good customer service skills.”

“Tolbard's was extremely professional. The owner, Tony, met with me to discuss installing two split units in my older (1910) home. He provided me with a timely and competitive bid. From the office people to the installation people, everyone was friendly, knowledgable, timely, and professional. I also had his service staff clean and service three older units in the house. “I will never use another cooling and heating company. Two other companies told me that I needed a new heating system. I thought their prices were way to expensive and decided to call a smaller company. Griff's Heating and Air showed up the same day that I called. Everyone was kind and respectful. A few minor repairs (about $150) and my heat was working. Griff's Heating and Air has great customer service and they are honest!!!”

“Received an estimate with options for new HVAC system. Although the one I originally wanted was too costly, they did install a decent system that worked. The techs were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The salesperson made a follow up call to ensure my system was working properly. Although some have said I paid too much for the system I bought, I think the company is reputable overall and I am very satisfied with the results.”
