“I emailed presidential earlier in the year, enquired about a heat pump for the summer. They gave me an estimate, came out when we were ready to get one put in. Jack came out for a visit to see what we needed, he said he’d be here at 11 am, and he was here right at 11. Very quick visit, very friendly, knowledgeable , and professional. He recommended we get a heat pump that worked in colder temps, we took his advice. The install team , Dimitri and Jeff, same thing. Were here in time, and didn’t fool around, install was well done. They were careful to move things out if the way when they were working. Very nice guys. Haven’t used the heat pump much yet, but we will once the cold weather hits.”
