“End of May 2014, a few weeks ago, Jim and his employee removed my old A/C system and installed a brand new one. I had received three quotes and his was the best by a decent margin. My review: * He showed up on time and on the day it was agreed upon, * He was extremely careful not to bring any dirt into my house when he was walking through it, * He was very attentive to my requests * He finished his work on time and * MY A/C HAS NEVER WORKED BETTER!! “John is a true master and all-around good guy. We were roasting in the 95 degree + heat, certain that our office HVAC was dead. We called John Scarpelli to see what he could do. Not only was he there in 10 minutes (In the dead heat of summer) but found the problem was only the filter and batteries. He fixed the issue and refused to even charge us!
