It took hours, it was late and we were already overwhelmed. He managed a difficult situation and solved our plumbing problem under difficult conditions and circumstances. We were very grateful.”

“We had been running our units constantly really really cold and they are old (about 8-10 years). When DiPietro Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical first came out they initially thought we might need new units, but one of the guys came back a few days later after the unit was thawed out and educated us on how we should be using them and they were fine. They were so honest, they could have easily replaced them and we wouldn't have known. They saved us so much money and I really appreciate how honest and ethical they were.”
