“Our HVAC died in the middle of a brutal heat wave and AJ Michaels Salespeople came promptly, set up the replacement with courtes. They were not pushy at all, and seemed honest. The replacement unit was available quickly and the employee who installed it did a fine job, was very thorough. Everyone had very good customer service skills.”

They arrived on time, did the job as we had agreed, for the price we agreed and left everything in working order. They came back out for a service call (no charge) because we needed an additional tutorial on how the system humidifier worked once the seasons changed.”

“We've been happy with all the work we've had done when we replaced our heat pump but on our recommendation my brother contacted them for an estimate on a project that didn't go well. The company sent the wrong person out with the wrong tools, they arrived well after the arranged time and then had to go back to the shop to get the right tools at which point my brother said never mind. Instead his tenant did the project himself for a few dollars whereas Floods estimated hundreds of dollars. Feeling less willing to have them replace my toilet after his experience.”

“Nice Home Services did a fantastic job from start to finish. The temperature in our home is the same on all 3 levels. We love it. No more hot and cold rooms. We replaced our oil furnace with a high efficient heat pump. The air cleaners have done an amazing job in removing the smell and dust. No more wheezing and sneezing and no more smelly ducts.
