With my Dad only feet away the downstairs toilet began spewing water into the kitchen - and it wouldn't stop. Mr. McDougal arrived quickly and handled the situation - inevitably discovering that the problem was a pipe a distance from the house - and arranging for additional professional support to solve the problem. It took hours, it was late and we were already overwhelmed. He managed a difficult situation and solved our plumbing problem under difficult conditions and circumstances. We were very grateful.”
