“Had a minor plumbing failure that led to a leak. Horizon answered the call at about 8pm and scheduled service the next morning. Tech showed up in the appointment window, walked me through the problem and showed me how to make sure it doesn't happen in the future. After completing the repair, he tested the fix to make sure the problem would no longer occur. The price was a little high for the job, but by providing me with additional education about how to prevent issues in the future the value of the service was higher than a simple repair.”

“I have had the opportunity to use Fresh Air Flow in both my business and home. This is a terrific company to work with. They really care. If I have an emergency, they re-work their scheduled to fit me in. Their pricing is very reasonable, and their recommendations are always spot on. At my home, they recommended an energy efficient HVAC system that reduced my monthly bills by $100 per month! The difference in cost for the upgrade was recovered quickly. They also did a whole house vent cleaning. I was surprised at the amount of dirt they recovered from the cleaning. At my business, we had ongoing issues with hot spots in the summer. Ben and his team again made recommendations that have fixed our issues. (We tried unsuccessfully for many years with several other HVAC contractors to get resolution.)
