“Our air conditioner failed, and as this company was the listed service for the old one we called. A representative came out that very day, and after explaining all the sizes, prices and what to expect we opted for a larger one. It suited the size of our house more efficiency and as promised it works well maintaining the comfort during cold weather, and expect the same in warmer weather as it was installed in November of last year. We were impressed with the professionalism of all as it is family operated. The installers came the same day in the afternoon, and had it up and running by about 7 in the evening. Mike & Nick were very mindful of our needs, and work that most other companies charge extra for was completed without additional cost to us. They steam cleaned all the vents, and the next day installed an ultra violent light to keep the house from mold build up. We were given the options of two different systems, and as the prices varied, said we would decide at a later date. They called and said they would install the light at no extra cost to us the next day. The whole experience was one we shall share with friends and family as we could not have done better in our choice of companies. Final word, these people are very professional, and do there best to insure the customer is satisfied.”
