“I worked with Natalie in choosing cordless shades for our sunroom. She was friendly, cheerful and most knowledgeable of all her products. Willing to provide all options, she also emailed me numerous times with photos. I am actually meeting with her today for a different project in our home.
Our installer was Devon. He was also friendly, cheerful and experienced, completing a perfect install. There was one 'glitch' which was resolved by waiting for an alternate shade and it arrived and was installed in a timely manner.
Budget Blinds is the most convenient way for us to purchase window coverings. We live in a rural area, hours away from any large center. The fact that ALL the samples come right to the front door, as well as the installer, is key.”
