We worked with Susan on our first house in Parkland twelve years ago and recently moved with all of the furniture, rugs, and paintings that we had purchased with her because it held up so well and still was so beautiful. Everyone who walks into our home wants her number and anyone would be lucky to say she's not only their decorator, but also now a lifetime friend. There's no one else!!!”

“As a result of a question I posted on Houzz, David Hill of Fenstermann, LLC answered my post and was able to assist me in solving a very unusual and difficult window treatment dilemma all the way from the West coast, while I am located on the East coast! He willingly worked with my local blind installer and kept in constant contact by phone and email to be certain measurements, etc were all correct. He even sent me fabric samples and gave me great advice on my selection. “I had Universal Blinds install some replacement vertical blinds about two years ago and their service and price were something I remembered. So much so, that when the time came to install all new blinds in my home I call on them, and they did not disappointment. They recommended I switch to more modern horizontal blinds which I did. Their installation was fast, price affordable, and the new blinds look absolutely great. I am very pleased with their work and will use them for any future needs. I highly recommended Universal Blinds.”

“We are residential architects based in New York City, and have used Madeleine on multiple projects ( well over 10) during the last 15-20 years. She is an extremely talented seamstress and we use her primarily for curtains, roman shades, bed dressings, pillows, etc. She produces excellent work, is 100% reliable, and is fairly priced.
