“I recently moved house, to a new area I am not familiar with, and wanted some help with window furnishings. Closs & Hamblin contacted by phone initially and asked me about my project, they arranged for a lady to come out to measure, and bring a variety of fabric samples. Julie was really helpful, and spent time listening to my ideas, then measured the windows, and advised on both poles and curtain headings. She then helped me choose the right fabric to go with my sofa, and talked through how the order would be made and fitted. I was then sent a quote, which I accepted. The curtains were hand made and delivered by a fitter, who installed the poles, and hung the curtains - again a seamless process. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, they were really friendly, listened to my requirements, kept me informed all the way through my order and delivered everything on time.”

The quality of her work is very good and she takes the time and trouble to ensure that all details are up to her standard. Judith is also personable and helpful. “I have used Ma Maison for all the curtains and blinds in my home, as well as some soft furnishings. Beatrice is very good at what she does and is a really great help when you need advice on materials/colours/styles etc. She is more than generous with her time, and has even accompanied me to material shops to help me make my decision. I also find that her quotes are very reasonable. I would recommend Beatrice and Ma Maison.”

“Pret A Vivre have been outstanding from start to finish. Laura at the Fulham branch helped us hone down our ideas from the endless curtain styles and fabrics available. She could not have been more helpful and insightful and we feel like we got expert advice and just the right curtains for us. The lead time was as expected and fitting was equally impressive. The fitter turned up on time, was professional but friendly and fitting was quick and to an excellent standard. They really do look fantastic. You pay for quality and these curtains were not cheap but we genuinely feel like it is value for money. We have more windows to dress and will be using Pret A Vivre for all of them. Recommended.”

“Vine house interiors are an amazing company. I have used them for 20 years and never have they let me down. Maggie, Keith and their team work brilliant together. Maggie has vision and Keith worries about little details. I have had full curtains, pelmets, blinds, throws and table cloths made by Vine house and every time I have been delighted. Maggie has worked with me to deign a room from a blank canvas to a room where we have had to work around existing furniture. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The items are made to such a high standard that you cannot fault anything. Keith puts the curtains up beautifully, never any hassle or stress. I will certainly carry on using Vine House Interiors.”
