I had QMotion blinds installed on ~20 windows, some of which were massive. Additionally there were technical complexities because of the design of the windows. Connie and Sonja from Seattle Design Solutions were not only helpful in getting to the right window covering solution, but hugely creative problem solvers when it came to how to install. Their partnership with the contractor was professional and inclusive. “Hal from Window-ology came to install our plantation shutters and cellular blinds today in our home. We'd ordered them online and the measurements were wrong (not through Window-ology) and Hal saved the today. He was incredibly positive and solutions-oriented in helping us make a quick decision in how to move forward with an expensive error by providing practical options for an imperfect situation - we were sure a lot calmer in the midst of a mini-crisis thanks to him! Communication was also incredibly quick which we highly value - I emailed them in the evening and received a call first thing the next morning, they called to confirm, and showed up right on time as promised, which is huge when others in the industry don't. Can't wait for Hal to come back and install more shutters/blinds at our new home!”

“My husband and I recently bought a 1914 house, and we wanted to gain a fuller understanding of (1) how energy efficient (or not) the house already was, and (2) what we could do to lower some of our utility bills. James and his crew did a blower door test, a duct leakage test, and a thermal imaging inspection. The results were fascinating and incredibly helpful! The thermal imaging in particular revealed some issues that we never would have known about otherwise. James was professional and knowledgeable, offering clear guidance regarding what our next steps should be to make our home more energy efficient. “I have purchased window coverings through this company many times. A designer comes to your home, helps with design advice and product choice (several times have helped me change my perspective on what I needed for a much better result), and installation is included. I have had 3 different installers work on my windows, all 3 worked quickly and left the space clean. They were polite, professional, and could answer all my questions about the products I'd purchased. Twice the installers noticed a small scratch or problem with the product and informed me they were ordering a replacement immediately. Great service and nice, knowledgeable team.”

The owner comes to your home and through his personal attention to detail and knowledge finds the right look for each room from his wide selection of window treatments. His measurements are precise and the installation was faultless! The shutters in my family room and bedrooms are perfect allowing lots of light or privacy. The blinds in my kitchen sitting area are modern yet subtle like I wanted. My family room, kitchen and bedrooms now look finished and gorgeous.”
