“We are extremely satisfied with the professional service and the shades by Shade Brothers. When we first visited the showroom Delaney, in a very helpful manner, showed us the displays and gave us an explanation of the lithium battery motors for shades. Tina, a very knowledgeable sales person, brought many samples of materials to our home. Tina explained which materials would or would not work for our window sizes. Tina did not rush us to decide on the material or color. Josh quickly and accurately measured for the shades. Andy and Dylan, the installers, were timely in arriving for the installation and explained the remote control. Andy and Dylan also returned for small adjustments. “I ordered custom exterior window shutters, as well as, interior poly window shutters (approx. 4 in slats in white). The lead time was very long, (about three months) for that reason I gave four stars instead of five but the service was exceptional from the sales man coming in my home to measure - to the installers putting everything up. In fact, the installers were some of the friendliest and most professional workers I've ever had (and I've had many!) The shutters are a bit on the high-end side, but they are beautiful and I would use them again. I am putting a before and then an after pic. The before shutters were 1970's louvered style (very flimsy). The after shutters are wood engineered with gorgeous hardware details and sized in the proportion of the windows as opposed to thin decorative shutters.”
