Renee stepped in and spent several meetings explaining concepts then proceeded to offer me several alternatives within my budget. Once we decided on the direction there was constant contact with the progress of the orders until they arrived and she delivered them personally to assure we were happy. She supervised and supported the installation and stood by to the very end. It was so refreshing to have such personalized and professional service throughout. “Ray and Leah own this business, and they are both courteous and honest. They take their time to make sure you get the product that best fits your style and your home. The prices are reasonable, although let's face it. If you're getting plantation shutters, they're just expensive. But New View's prices are very competitive, and they don't charge for a measurement and consultation. We absolutely love our shutters, and we get compliments on them all the time.”
