Was the only company I received a quote from that could provide a written warranty, all others where only verbal”

The decorators are very helpful, and have great ideas and professional advice that is always personal to my budget and preferences. Without them I’d feel overwhelmed with all the options (I don’t think there is a fabric sample they don’t have!), and the best bit, it’s all part of the service. Everything is made in-house and always comes out looking beautiful and just feels like custom luxury no matter how much I've spent. They also come and install professionally with no fuss.
