“5.0 star rating 10/31/2017 First to Review We have a roll up shade in our Master bathroom. It was installed by Ethan Allen in 2013. The cord was frayed and I tried in vain to remove the shade for a company to repair it. Another contractor tried to remove them and failed. Ethan Allen stiffed me and never showed up. Long story, short, I contacted Doug at Bloomin' Blinds. He came out and worked for at least 30 minutes to remove the shades. He never gave up or seemed to get too excited about it. I would have ripped them off by now. He finally managed to remove them and replace my frayed cord and reinstall them for a really reasonable price. I think any other company would have given up and just left. I commend Doug for a job well done.”
