“Gladys is a true professional and is the perfect example of great customer service! We love the shutters and blinds we ordered from her, especially the custom shutters for a big arch window in our family room (see photo). We reached out to a few companies when we were searching for shutters and blinds, but Gladys was the most responsive. She also took a lot of time to explain options to us and was very patient when I changed my mind and had to add to the order. The installation crew (Jeff and Jessie) are really nice guys too!”

“Kimber assisted me with my window coverings when I moved into a new home. It was a big project, with many windows to cover. She was excellent in helping me select fabrics that would both compliment my interior space and function well for each room. We even did a motorization for the window coverings in the living room and it worked out beautifully. Kimber was there to help oversee the installation as well, which went very smoothly. I would highly recommend Kimber.”

Her work and attention to detail is excellent and my client's have been very happy. She has fabricated both curtain panels and roman shades for me and they have always looked exceptional and operated smoothly. “Christine is the best. Chose her after an extensive search and comparison of 5 bids for the blinds and drapes for my wife's hair styling salon. Christine showed up right on time for the estimate, made the measurements and then took us through all the options. She listened carefully to what look we were trying to achieve and then gave us some great advice. We should have listened to her the first time. The installation went great and was done on time, right when Christine said it would be. However, the window blinds that we chose, instead of taking Christine's advice, just didn't achieve the look we were going for. I called Christine and told her we should have taken her original advice. She went to work immediately with the manufacturer and worked out an exchange so the manufacturer reused all the hardware from the original blinds and only charged for the new blind fabric. The second installation went just as well as the first. We love the look. Thank you, Christine!”

“I purchased 10 panels of the faux silk striped panels for my family room area. I ordered the back tab. These drapes are the finest quality I have ever seen and were very affordable. So good, that I have vowed to curtain my entire new home with drapes from Half Price Drapes. I love the quality of both the fabric and the craftsmanship. I highly recommend these drapes! You will not be disappointed!”

“I had Jeff Johnson come to my home to give us an estimate on a closet that I wanted to turn into a pantry/office closet. He was on time for the appointment and was very pleasant and knowledgeable during the consultation. He listened to all of my needs and concerns and had options for me to choose from. He was able to do a 3-D rendering on his laptop so I could tell what the closet would look like. Other companies are still just drawing the design out on a sketch pad. He represented Bay Home and Window very well and I would highly recommend him. I have chosen not to purchase at this time because of some remodeling we are doing, but will definitely call him when we are ready.”

“I first hired Doreen from Windows and Beyond about 20 years ago when my kids were just babies. She did a wonderful job with our starter home which had very tall windows. Doreen managed to do a combination of drapery panels and Hunter Douglas products that made our home very cozy. She also made the kids room very vibrant. We didn't need to update anything when we sold our home. Doreen's approach really stuck with me because she took the time to think through our needs. I used Doreen again when we moved to our second home. The kids were older then so we did a formal living room but kept the rest of the house contemporary. Again when we sold our house the second time, it showed very well largely due to the window treatments. Of course I used Doreen again for our last move. This time I went with Doreen's recommendation to use motorization. I thought only my husband would appreciate the remote but I love it too. I dont know how much time I save not having to open and close each window shade. Of all the times I've used Doreen, she never just sell me on the same style. She always introduce the new products first and then see what my new needs are before suggesting the right products for us. That's why I'll definitely use her again!”

She can work with my vague plans or concrete Pinterest ideas, and keeping my budget in mind, she just simply makes it happen. Her expert knowledge of the industry is deep and that means I'm never worried about making a mistake by investing in updating my home. I've recommended her to my mom, work colleagues, insurance agent, and neighbors. They've all been thrilled.”
