When we first visited the showroom Delaney, in a very helpful manner, showed us the displays and gave us an explanation of the lithium battery motors for shades. Tina, a very knowledgeable sales person, brought many samples of materials to our home. Tina explained which materials would or would not work for our window sizes. Tina did not rush us to decide on the material or color. Josh quickly and accurately measured for the shades. Andy and Dylan, the installers, were timely in arriving for the installation and explained the remote control. Andy and Dylan also returned for small adjustments. “We recently purchased a new home and saw US VERTICALS at a neighbors house. I stopped by and asked if they could give us an estimate. They were extremely prompt and took measurements right away and provided an estimate. We had heard they were the best around and that their prices were extremely reasonable. We would have to strongly agree! We hired them and within a weeks time we had the blinds ordered and installed. It is hard to find such professional, diligent, honest with a high regard for integrity in companies these days, and Kevin and Daniel and their office staff proved us right! We couldn't be happier with how the entire process went. It was the best experience you could have. We wish they could be in south Florida so they could do more work for us .
