“Belk Builders just finished a total window replacement for my home in Huntersville, NC. The house was built in 1991 and was way overdue for this project. The crew, led by Danny replaced 15 windows, shutters and 3 storm doors in only 2 days. The Simonton Windows are beautiful - we also have a greenhouse window over the kitchen sink and new obscure picture window for the master bath. “I had a tree fall on my house and had structural damage to both my roof and siding. Clarence Helms was recommended by a friend. I was told that he was not the cheapest but he was the best. I got several quotes and his was in line with the others so I decided to use him. His business is family owned and operated and they worked together very well. His communication with me during this job was excellent. He was paid on a time and material basis and he provided the invoices for the materials along with his invoice. He was very cost conscious and consulted with me regarding any major material purchases and often gave me several options to consider. I was unemployed at the time and saw that these guys really did work! There was no standing around "observing". He gave me some excellent advice on other repairs that needed to be done and the timeframe in which I should do them. He gave me names of other contractors who would also do a good job, if he couldn't do the job himself. He did an excellent job and did a lot of work for me, both big jobs and small. He and his family members were very respectful and I felt very comfortable having them in and around my house. I have referred Clarence Helms to several of my neighbors. He is definitely the best contractor I have ever hired.”

“Mr. Worden met with me in-home, quoted a price during the initial consultation, and held true to that price throughout the installation. A new roof was put on the house, carport, and shed, gutters were added, and a power fan was put in the attic; all of which I was very pleased with. There was a slight issue with a downspout coming loose from the side of the house; I emailed Mr. Worden, and he was out and reattached the spout within 36 hours. He did an excellent job and has wonderful customer service and support!”
