He took the time to talk with us and we immediately felt comfortable in his abilities and knew he was the person we would work with on the remodel. The installers, Greg and Nelson were super considerate, prompt, and always wanted to make sure what they were doing was what we wanted, everything at the right height, accent tiles properly featured, grout colors in the proper areas, etc. The work was very professional and they kept to the schedule and were done on time. Kirby kept in touch to make sure things were progressing properly and upon completion, came and made sure we were pleased with everything.
