“The Lullaby mini bathtub from Aquatica Plumbing Groupy was the perfect choice for the restoration of our historic 103 year old house near the redwoods and beaches of Northern California. The Lullaby mini tub has the classic elegant look and refined feel I was wanting when restoring this classic house. My bathroom now has life, and a historic feel. The dimensions of the tub were critical to the restoration of the tiny bathroom space. I searched and searched to find a tub that would fit, other companies wanted me to take out walls or said there was nothing out there that would fit the tiny bathroom but the staff at Aquatica worked with me to find the right fit, searching and researching while never pressuring me. The customer communication was so important, timing was essential when re-modeling in a remote location and boy did they come through with their word. Aquatica staff made sure that my order was tracked all along the way, from placing the order, to payment, to when and how it was being shipped, to the final delivery and inspection. I was completely satisfied, and would purchase from them again. I recommend Aquatica Plumbing Group to my friends, and to those who want a really great quality product with great customer service. 100% satisfaction.”

“Shopping at the Ensuite Showroom was a most pleasant experience. There is an extensive selection of products in this beautiful showroom that meets all budgets. The staff at the Ensuite, though, are the main reason I return to shop here and repeatedly recommend the Ensuite to friends. Neil and Tim are so knowledgeable about the products in the showroom and what can be ordered to meet the needs and wants of the customer that it makes shopping easy. They go out of their way to be sure the customer is completely satisfied with the purchased products and provide excellent customer service. Highly recommend this business.”

“I installed a Silhouette lighted mirror mirror by Electric Mirror in my bathroom and my wife and I love it! The additional lighting has transformed our guest bathroom from a dark and weak point of our house to a highlight that we enjoying showing our guests. My Silhouette is in an alcove so there is no need for side diffusers. The light both washes against the wall for an ambient lighting and shines through the perimeter for great task lighting in the bathroom.”

“If you want to put a beautiful custom cabinet package together working directly with the man who will be building them then you will enjoy working with this company. Sam can help you design your project without being condescending or pushy. He helped us figure out which features could fit where in our kitchen and also showed us some convenience hardware that we didn't even know existed. Before the cabinets were delivered we were able to see them assembled in his shop to make sure everything was as expected. I installed the cabinet myself and Sam visited after the cabinets were delivered to double-check everything made it in good shape, and go over with me what was what and how it was designed to fit together. I had a couple of questions during the process and Sam was convenient to get ahold of happy to answer them. I was very impressed with how well everything fit. The only surprise was that there were no surprises. I've put together kitchens before using larger cabinet manufacturers, as well as the box stores, and i can tell you it is worth alot being able to deal directly with the builder - not some sales person who won't be working the day or time you call, and probably can't answer your question even if they are there.”

“We wanted to replace all of our 30 knobs in our kitchen on doors and drawers and chose SpectraDecor to help us. The owner, Leilani assisted us personally and was patient with our indecisiveness providing advice when we asked. We were given many samples of all types to help us figure out what would be best. We received the knobs when promised, and Leilani came to our home and installed them herself. When we discovered two of the doors didn't open completely with the new bigger knobs, a remedy of smaller replacement knobs (at no additional price) was immediately offered. The product is well-made and beautiful and has added the color and class we were looking for in our kitchen. We're very pleased with the excellent and professional service we received from SpectraDecor.”
