Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable about the issue, and he fixed my issue for good, using good parts, and I don’t have a single drop leaking now. He also educated us on a couple of things that we decided to get fixed at the time that we were unaware that needed work.”

“We had our septic tank to back-up last year and was so worried that we were going to have to replace it or that something really BAD was wrong with our plumbing. My husband asked a few people around work who he should call and I did the same at my work. We were both told "Call Lentz Septic Services". So we did. They came out the next day and the weather was bad (cold and beginning to sleet), but the gentleman didn't complain at all. He pumped out or septic tank and told us everything that we should and should not do going forward. Gave us pellets to flush down the toilets once a quarter and left us with no worries or concerns at all. We were so grateful for them working so quickly to take care of us and the professionalism of this company even in the bad weather. It is a locally owned and operated company and we are more than happy to give the best review we possibly can! I know, being in customer service, that relationships with your customers is VERY important! We know that we WILL be going to them in the future for any needs we may have that are septic related. Thank you for such GREAT service!!!!!!”

“Edwards & Mills has been my plumbing service for over 25 years. Their pricing is very fair and their work excellent. They have also put in 3 gas fireplaces for me. I have had no trouble with any of their work. They are friendly, on time, and courteous. I now have an efficient tankless water heater which I love because of Edwards & Mills, too.”
