“I thought it would be useful to follow up on work that C Les Plumbing did for us a few years ago. They did a complete re-pipe of our 1950's home including running a new higher capacity supply line from the street. They also installed an earthquake shutoff valve at the gas meter and ran a gas line to the kitchen. Sam always provides meaningful suggestions keeping in mind safety and homeowner upgrades that will bring long-term value to the house. My wife and I have an upcoming bathroom remodel later this Fall. I have already engaged Sam for this project as we will add a lovely walk-in shower and add new plumbing amenities. While I nearly always get 3-4 quotations for any project, I could clearly see the "Sam factor".
