They did a complete re-pipe of our 1950's home including running a new higher capacity supply line from the street. They also installed an earthquake shutoff valve at the gas meter and ran a gas line to the kitchen. I have already engaged Sam for this project as we will add a lovely walk-in shower and add new plumbing amenities. While I nearly always get 3-4 quotations for any project, I could clearly see the "Sam factor".
