The call back came from the owner while he was on vacation. He wanted to make sure we got taken care of and made arrangments to have our hot water heater replaced on sunday. He diagnosed the problem and cleared two blocked drains. He also told me that a pipe was leaking in the basement. He was quick, honest, and charged a fair price. “Bob did a complete remodel job on our bathroom. He made good recommendations regarding design and suppliers and worked with us to keep the price moderate and the quality very high. Job completed within time agreed to and all workmanship was highly professional. Workmen used great care to avoid damaging anything while bringing materials in and out and used drop-cloths to protect floors. Did thorough clean up at completion of each day's work. Bob is very conscientious and careful to be certain you know what the costs will be for any extras that you request. No surprises when the final bill is presented! Over all, Bob will give you a reasonable price and does excellent quality work.”
