“We experienced a main water pipe break and flood in an over 100-year old building in downtown Portland that insurance wouldn't cover. So we needed a plumber who was competent in dealing with the challenging plumbing routes of an old building, as well as offer a reasonable budget. “We have had D & F for small and large projects, some expected, some not. They have always been on time, following up on work if we have questions, and respond promptly to calls. I would also say that they may be higher in price than some others, but it's because they pay their employees a living wage and benefits.
