He talked me through how to make sure the valves were off and completely calmed me down. His work ethic and compassion for a hysterical female early on a Sunday morning spoke volumes about his character. He fixed my problem in no time at all and at a reasonable price. “Finally found a competent, reliable, and honest guy to service my plumbing requirements. I thought I'd have to replace a broken faucet handle with a complete set of hardware. Steve came in and repaired just the handle and saved me the cost of a new faucet and installation at a very reasonable price. He was on time, efficient, clean and fast. In and out in under an hour.
